PROPOSED RIGHTS OFFER: CHANGE TO SALIENT DATES AND TIMES                        
African Brick announced on the Securities Exchange News Service ("SENS") of the 
JSE Limited on 31 May 2010, that the Company was undertaking capital raising by 
way of a rights offer ("the Rights Offer") of approximately R20 million.        
In a subsequent announcement released on SENS on 9 July 2010, shareholders were 
advised of revised salient dates and times relating to the rights offer.        
Shareholders are advised that the revised salient dates and times announced on 9
July 2010 are no longer applicable and new dates and times will be announced in 
the next week.
