CHANGE IN COMPANY SECRETARY

Shareholders and the public in general are referred to the announcement released by the Company on 25 February
2020, informing the market of the resignation of the Company’s Company Secretary.

The Board of Directors of the Company now wishes to inform shareholders and the public in general that Vistra
(Mauritius) Limited has been appointed as the new Company Secretary to New Frontier, with effect from 24 April
2020.

New Frontier holds primary listings on both the Official Market of the Stock Exchange of Mauritius Ltd (“SEM”)
and the Alternative Exchange of the Johannesburg Stock Exchange (“JSE”).
