APPOINTMENT TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS


The Company is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. Mntungwa Morojele as an independent
non-executive director from today, 1 September 2020. Upon joining the board, Mntungwa will also take
up a position on the audit and risk committee.

Mntungwa Morojele:

With more than 33 years of business experience, Mntungwa has established and managed various
companies including Briske Performance Solutions and Motebong Tourism Investment Holdings.
Mntungwa is currently the CEO of 3RE Connect South Africa, which is pursuing opportunities in the
Renewable Energy sector.

Mntungwa is currently the lead independent director of Spur Corporation Limited, a position he has held
since 2011, and has also previously served on the boards of Gray Security Services, Verifone Africa
(Pty) Limited and Capital Eye Investments (previously the UCS Group Limited).

Mntungwa’s academic qualifications include –

    -   Higher National Diploma in Business Studies – Farnborough College of Technology, UK
    -   Bachelor of Science (Marketing) – University of Charleston, USA
    -   Masters in Accounting – Georgetown University, USA
    -   Masters in Business Administration – University of Cape Town, South Africa

Mntungwa qualified as a Chartered Accountant with the Lesotho Institute of Accountants in 1993.
