Notification of appointment of a director

In compliance with paragraphs 6.39 and 6.40 of the Debt Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited,
the board of directors of Transsec 5 (RF) Limited (“the Board”) hereby notifies the Noteholders of
the resignation of Tamryn van Tonder as an alternate director of the Company with effect from 26
June 2023. Accordingly, Sean Doherty will be appointed as an alternate director of the Company
with effect from the same date.


Sean Doherty joined SA Taxi in 2023 as the Deputy Chief Executive Officer. Prior to this, he was
Chief Financial Officer of Transaction Capital Limited, a position he held for four years. He has also
worked at Standard Bank and JP Morgan (London) where he gained vast experience in the fields
of financial management, operations, and strategy through a number variety of positions. Sean is
qualified as a CA (SA) and CIMA and holds an MBA from IE Business School.


The Board welcomes Sean as he joins the current alternate director Rozanne. The Board looks
forward to benefiting from their collective expertise in their respective roles.
