Noteholders are referred to the notice of request for written consent from IPF19 noteholders released on
SENS on 12 August 2022, in relation to the proposed amendments to the IPF19 pricing supplement (the
consent request), with the deadline date being 17h00 on 9 September 2022 and in which the extraordinary
