CHANGES TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS

In compliance with Section 3.59 of the Listing Requirements of the JSE Limited, Brikor’s shareholders are
hereby notified of the following changes to the board of directors of Brikor.

1. Appointments

The following appointments have been made with immediate effect:
    -     Mr Garnett Parkin (jr) has been appointed as Chief Executive Officer of Brikor. Mr Parkin has
           acted as Interim CEO since 20 January 2015.
   -      Mr Peter Moyanga has been appointed as lead independent non-executive director.
   -      Ms Ina McDonald has been appointed as Chairman.
   -      Mr AP van der Merwe has been appointed as non-executive director.

Ina is an attorney by trade. She joined the Department of Justice in 1979, and started her own firm in
1990. Ina is also involved in non-profit organisations, being the Chairman of Child Welfare in Springs and
the Founding member and Chairman Operation Snowdrop. She is the Executrix in the Estate of the late
GvN Parkin, the previous CEO of Brikor.

AP started his banking career with Trust Bank in 1970. After filling various positions in Nedfin Bank, he
rose to the level of Divisional Manager, Business Banking Division of Nedcor in 1994. AP took early
retirement in 2004, and has since done consulting work for various companies.

2. Appointment of Committees

Shareholders are hereby notified of the following appointments to the various committees:

   -      Audit and Risk Committee: Mr Peter Moyanga as the Chairman of the Committee, with Ms
           Limpho Hani Mr AP van der Merwe and Mr Colin Madolo as members.

   -      Remuneration Committee: Mr Colin Madolo as Chairman and Ms Limpho Hani as member.

    -     Social and Ethics Committee:       Ms Limpho Hani as Chairman and Mr Peter Moyanga as
           member.
