NO CHANGE STATEMENT AND NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING                        
Shareholders are advised that the annual financial statements for the year ended
31 March 2008 were distributed to shareholders today (30 September 2008) and    
contain no material modifications to the reviewed financial results for that    
year, which were published on SENS on 20 June 2008.                             
The notice of the Annual General Meeting was posted to shareholders on 30       
September 2008 together with the annual financial statements. Notice is hereby  
given that the Annual General Meeting of shareholders will be held on Thursday, 
13 November 2008 at 10:00, in the company`s boardroom, First Floor, West Wing,  
President Place, corner of Jan Smuts and Bolton Roads (entrance in Hood Street),
Rosebank, Johannesburg, to transact the business as stated in the notice of the 
Annual General Meeting.
