established in terms of Notice No. 6770, promulgated in the Provincial Gazette Extraordinary of 1
October 2000 in terms of section 12(1) read with section 14(2) of the Local Government : Municipal
Structures Act, 1998, as amended)

The City of Tshwane Metropolitan Municipality (“the City of Tshwane”) Investor Call

Following the decision taken on 4th March 2020 by the Gauteng Premier to invoke section 139(1)(c) of
the Constitution and place the City of Tshwane into administration, and the subsequent endorsement
of the decision by the NCOP last week, the City of Tshwane engaged with noteholders on the 24th of
March to discuss the impact of the decision.

The City of Tshwane would like to engage with noteholders on 3rd of April 2020 to provide further
updates following the above announcements and investor call.

Please find below details of a conference call to be held on the 3rd of April 2020.
