CHANGES TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF PFM                                        
In compliance with section 3.59 to 3.62 of the JSE Limited"s Listings           
Requirements, unitholders are advised that Cyril Ramaphosa and Thando Sishuba   
have resigned from the board and that Willy Ross has been appointed as chairman 
(in a non-executive capacity) of the board with effect from 27 February 2006.   
The board of PFM would like to thank Mr Ramaphosa and Mr Sishuba for their      
respective contributions to the growth and success of Capital, and to           
congratulate Mr Ross on his appointment as chairman.
