CHANGE IN COMPANY SECRETARY

Debtholders are advised that Ms Alice Mathew has resigned as company secretary of SANRAL with
immediate effect due to ill health and Ms Thulisile Motha has been appointed as Acting Company
Secretary with effect from 1 July 2023. Ms Motha is an admitted attorney with 12 years experience
in corporate law, compliance and risk management.

In addition, the Company is in the process of appointing a permanent Company Secretary and a
further announcement will be released in due course once this appointment has been finalised.
