Listing of UBS Actively Managed Certificates linked to the i² Global
Strategy Portfolio.

The JSE Limited has granted UBS AG approval for the listing of UBS Portfolio
Notes (the "Notes") linked to the i² Global Strategy Portfolio (the
"Reference Portfolio").

The Reference Portfolio, whose composition may vary from time to time, are
actively managed by the Reference Portfolio Advisor and represent a notional
investment in the Reference Portfolio Components as described in detail
below.

Background:

Independent Investment Solutions (Pty) Limited (i²) is an independent multi-
asset investment solutions provider.

The i² range of independently compiled investment solutions are tailor-made
to address a diverse range of investment needs. The i² range of solutions is
constructed by a professional independent investment committee who is tasked
with the selection and ongoing review of the specific underlying funds, thus
continually ensuring that the correct blend of funds is combined to achieve
the desired risk adjusted returns.

Their Mission: To be an industry leading provider of totally independent
multi-asset investment solutions to the broader financial services market
that their employees, financial advisory services partners and their clients
are proud to be associated with.

Their Vision: To provide a range of totally independent, high quality, multi-
asset investment portfolios, which encompass a range of local and
international investment solutions, across the risk-return spectrum, that
consistently perform in line with their respective benchmarks over their
specified investment time horizons.

The respective strategies of the Notes aim to deliver long-term capital
growth to investors by investing in a broad range of asset classes across
sectors with a primary focus on equities. This gives investors access to a
global portfolio listed on the JSE.

Investment universe for both strategies:

UNDERLYING STOCK UNIVERSE:     Developed Market (as defined in the most
                               recent MSCI Global Investable Market Indexes
                               Methodology) worldwide stocks and shares
                               listed on the Main Board of the Johannesburg
                               Stock Exchange.

                               And may also include stocks which are
                               American Depository Receipts (ADRs) and
                               Global Depository Receipts (GDRs) (except
                               for ADRs and GDRs whose parent company is
                               in, or country of incorporation is, Russia).

UNDERLYING INDEX UNIVERSE:     Total Return Index Constituents include
                               indices that are exposed to Developed Market
                               (as defined in the most recent MSCI Global
                               Investable   Market  Indexes  Methodology)
                               worldwide stocks.

UNDERLYING ETF UNIVERSE:       ETFs that are physically replicated, exposed
                               to Developed Market (as defined in the most
                               recent MSCI Global Investable Market Indexes
                               Methodology) worldwide stocks or benchmark
                               indices as well as ETFs listed on the Main
                               Board of the Johannesburg Stock Exchange may
                               be incorporated as ETF Constituents.

UNDERLYING FX CONSTITUENTS:    Only FX Forwards exposed to G10 currencies
                               and   ZAR  may   be   incorporated  as   FX
                               Constituents in the Reference Portfolio.

UNDERLYING CURRENCY ACCOUNT:   USD / EUR and GBP synthetic.



Other:

Noteholders should be aware that the Reference Portfolio Advisor is
independent of the Issuer. The performance of the Notes is largely dependent
on the skill and decisions made by the Reference Portfolio Advisor. Decisions
made by the Reference Portfolio Advisor may not always be profitable and
therefore may have a material adverse impact on the value of these Notes.
Moreover, past performance of other products managed by the Reference
Portfolio Advisor does not guarantee future positive performance of these
Notes.

Listing information:

These listings (Series 27) are issued under the Information Memorandum of
UBS AG. Trading will commence on Wednesday, 14 June 2023.
