PROPRIETARY LIMITED

Shareholders are referred to:

-    the continued cautionary announcement released on SENS on
     Friday, 26 August 2022 and published in the press on Monday,
     29 August 2022, wherein they were advised that the board
     of Cognition had entered into the Agreements regarding the
     Disposal;

-    the Firm Intention Announcement released on SENS on Tuesday,
     20 September 2022 and published in the press on Wednesday, 21
     September 2022, wherein they were advised that the Disposal
     would be submitted to the Shareholders for their approval at
     the General Meeting.

Shareholders are advised that the General Meeting of the
Shareholders will be held at 11:00 on Friday,
11 November 2022 at the offices of the Company at Cognition House,
corner Bram Fischer Drive and Will Scarlett Avenue, Ferndale,
Randburg.

Further information regarding the Disposal and the General Meeting
is available in the Circular, which was distributed to shareholders
today, Friday, 14 October 2022.
