AVAILABILITY OF INTEGRATED REPORT AND NO CHANGE STATEMENT


Shareholders are advised that the company’s integrated report, incorporating the audited financial statements 
for the year ended 30 September 2019 and which contains no changes from the provisional summarised audited 
consolidated financial statements for the year ended 30 September 2019 which were published on the website of 
the Stock Exchange of Mauritius Ltd (“SEM”) and on the Stock Exchange News Service of the JSE Limited on 
12 November 2019, is now available on the company’s website: https://www.lighthousecapital.mu/financials.

The integrated report, together with the notice of the annual general meeting of Lighthouse shareholders, which is
expected to be held on Thursday, 30 January 2020, will be posted to shareholders of the company on or about Friday,
27 December 2019.

Lighthouse has primary listings on both the Official Market of the Stock Exchange of Mauritius Ltd (“SEM”) and
the Main Board of the Johannesburg Stock Exchange Limited (“JSE”).
