POSTING OF THE NOTICE OF THE ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING


Redefine International, a UK Real Estate Investment Trust (“UK-REIT”), is pleased to announce that the
Notice of the Annual General Meeting of the Company (the “AGM”) and the form of proxy relating to the
AGM have been sent to shareholders today.

The AGM will be held at the Company’s UK Office at 2nd Floor, 30 Charles II Street, London SW1Y 4AE on
30 January 2014 at 10:30am (UK time), 12.30pm (SA time).

A copy of the AGM notice has been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism in the UK and will shortly
be available for inspection at: www.Hemscott.com/nsm.do and can also be viewed on the Company’s website,
www.redefineinternational.com.
