Due to an administrative error, the Trust`s brokers had incorrectly been instructed to transfer 276 000 shares to Mr Berry, as opposed to the correct net number of ordinary shares, being 128 372. The trustees have resolved that 147 628 shares be returned to the Trust at no cost to Mr Berry, together with all dividends paid on those shares from the original date of transfer until 1 September 2010. Shareholders are also advised that Sentula`s 2009 annual report incorrectly stated Mr Berry`s shareholding in Sentula at 276 000 ordinary shares, as opposed to the correct number of ordinary shares, being 128 372.
