CHANGES TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS


Shareholders and noteholders are advised that, independent non-executive director, chairperson of
the audit committee, member of the remuneration and the risk, compliance and technology
committees, Daisy Naidoo, has resigned from the board of directors of Redefine (the “board”), with
effect from 9 November 2021 due principally to her disagreement with the decision making
processes supported by other directors, which in her view impacts her ability to adequately
discharge her duties as an independent non-executive director.
Diane Radley, currently a member of the audit committee will replace Daisy as chairperson of the
audit committee.

The board thanks Daisy for her contribution to the Company and wishes her well in her future
endeavours.
