DISTRIBUTION FINALISATION ANNOUNCEMENT
Holders of PrefTrax securities are advised that a distribution will be made
in respect of the quarter ended 30 September 2014.
The distribution of 24.77056 cents per PrefTrax Security will be comprised
as follows:
Dividend (local) (to be taxed at 15%)(gross) 20.14486 cents
Dividends Withholding Tax (15%) 3.02173 cents
Resultant net dividend 17.12313 cents
Dividend (local) (subject to STC credits of 15%
i.e. exempt from tax) (gross) 4.39542 cents
STC Credits 4.39542 cents
Resultant net dividend 4.39542 cents
Interest 0.23028 cents
The distribution will be made to all holders of PrefTrax securities who
were recorded in the register on 26 September 2014 and will be paid on 13
October 2014.
