                             EXPIRY OF EQUITY STRUCTURED PRODUCTS – SPIB16

Investec Bank Limited (“Investec”), as Issuer of the above Equity Structured Product (ESP), hereby reminds holders of
their option expiry on 02 June 2020 (see the related securities above).

The Final Reference Price exceeded the Put Option Strike Price on the Expiry Date, the Put Option expired out of the
money and Holders are obliged to pay the Premium (R341.15) to the Issuer. The Issuer will sell the Holders Underlying
Securities for the Final Reference Amount (R10,341.15) and the proceeds, less the Premium (R10,000.00), will
automatically accrue to the Holder via instruction through STRATE on 08 June 2020.
