With reference to the rights issue announcement, Investec Bank Limited as Calculation Agent of the REMIHL Hot
Enhanced Dividend Security (HOTEDs) shall distribute 328 cents per share to the Holders of REMIHL.

REMIHL holders shall have the full value of the rights ceded in cash being 328 cents at expiry of the rights using the
closing price of the rights.

Last day to trade – 4th October 2016
Ex-date- 5Th October 2016
Record date – 7th October 2016
Payment date – 24th October 2016

There will be no withholding tax implications in so far as the aforesaid distribution.
