Holders of LowVolTrax securities are advised that a distribution will be made in respect of the quarter
ended 30 September 2015. The distribution of 23.01471 cents per LowVolTrax Security will be
comprised as follows:


 Dividend (local) (to be taxed at 15%)(gross)                                          9.68096 cents
 Dividends Withholding Tax (15%)                                                       1.45214 cents
 Resultant net dividend                                                                8.22882 cents

 Gross REIT Distribution                                                               9.65984 cents
