released today at 09:36 under RNS number 4629F as the second paragraph was incomplete.

Replacement announcement - Notification of transactions of directors, persons discharging managerial
responsibility (“PDMR”) or connected persons in accordance with DR 3.1.4R
SABMiller plc was notified on 19 February 2015 that Mr N.T. Fell, a PDMR, had on 19 February 2015
exercised options to purchase 63,449 SABMiller ordinary shares, of which 42,112 were at an option
price of £22.495 per share, 19,800 were at an option price of £12.31 per share and 1,537 were at an
option price of £19.51 per share.
47,689 ordinary shares in the Company were subsequently sold at a price of £35.8005 per share on
19 February 2015 in London with the proceeds being used to cover the exercise price and to meet
applicable income tax and social security taxes arising on the exercise, and the balance of the
shares were retained by Mr Fell.
