CHANGES TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS AND OFFICERS OF PFM                           
Unitholders are advised that Mr Abraham Albertus Bornman has resigned as        
company secretary and that Mr Qhubekani Kenneth Khumalo has been appointed as   
the new company secretary. Mr Abraham Albertus Bornman has been appointed to    
the board as financial director. Mr Andries de Lange`s status changes from      
financial director to executive director. Mr Stefano Contardo has been          
appointed as an alternate director to Mr Jose Jorge Goncalves da Costa.         
These changes are effective 29 June 2009.
