APPOINTMENT OF DEBT OFFICER


      Reference is made to the Letshego Holdings Limited ZAR2,500,000,000 and BWP2,500,000,000 Medium
      Term Note Programme (the “Programme”) established in terms of the programme memorandum dated
      9 October 2019, as amended and/or supplemented from time to time (the “Programme
      Memorandum”),       which   Programme       Memorandum    is   available   on   the   Issuer’s   website,
      https://www.letshego.com/investor-publication-types/bond-programme.

      Pursuant to paragraphs 6.39(a) and 7.3(g) of the JSE Debt Listing Requirements, noteholders are hereby
      advised that Mayokun Ajibade in his capacity as Group Treasurer, has been appointed as Debt Officer
      of Letshego Holdings Limited with effect from 30 November 2020.

      The Letshego Holdings Ltd Board confirms that it has considered and is satisfied with the competence,
      qualifications and experience of the newly appointed Debt Officer.
