NEW DETAILED CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT

Shareholders are advised that Visual has entered into negotiations which, if successfully
concluded, may have a material effect on the price of the Company’s securities. The
negotiations are for a potential acquisition by Visual which may constitute a reverse
takeover depending on the final terms agreed. Accordingly, shareholders are cautioned
that Visual, as enlarged by the proposed acquisition, must be suitable for listing as if it was
a new applicant and must meet the conditions for listing as set out in the JSE Listings
Requirements, which may require a re-presentation to the Alternative Exchange Advisory
Committee.

RENEWAL OF CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT

Shareholders are referred to the renewal of cautionary announcement published on
15 December 2017. The disposal of the property known as Stellendale Junction is still subject
to several conditions precedent, one of which was approval of development funding for
the purchaser, which is still in progress. Shareholders will be updated in due course as to the
progress of the transaction.

Accordingly, shareholders are advised to continue to exercise caution when dealing in the
securities of the Company until further announcements are made.
