Shareholders are advised that Orion has today published its Annual Report, Notice of Annual General Meeting
and Appendix 4G and Corporate Governance Statement for the year ended 30 June 2017. Copies thereof are

Notice of Annual General Meeting
Notice is hereby given that the Annual General meeting of the Shareholders of Orion Minerals NL will be held
at 4:00 p.m. (Perth time) at RSM Australia Pty Ltd, Level 32, 2 The Esplanade, Perth, Western Australia on
Wednesday, 29 November 2017.
Pursuant to Regulation 7.11.37 of the Corporations Regulations 2001, the Directors have determined that the
shareholding of each shareholder for the purposes of ascertaining the voting entitlements for the Annual
General Meeting will be as it appears in the Share register at 4.00 p.m. (Perth time) on 27 November 2017.
