Ordinary shares of 54 86/91 US cents each (“Shares”)
The Company received notification on 17 November 2015 of the following transactions in its
Shares by PDMRs which took place on 16 November 2015.
The Anglo American Share Incentive Plan (“SIP”) is an Inland Revenue approved employee
share plan under which employees are able to buy Shares using monthly deductions from
salary (“purchased Shares”), and are allotted an equivalent number of Shares by the Company
at nil cost ("matching Shares"). Both the purchased Shares and the matching Shares are held
in the SIP Trust and the matching Shares vest on the third anniversary of their allotment.
The following PDMRs each purchased Shares at a price of £4.6265 per Share and were
allotted an equal number of matching Shares at nil cost:
