FTSE and the JSE announce the following addition to the FTSE/JSE Africa Index Series
Ground Rules Appendices:

New Appendix

15. Appendix G - FTSE/JSE Net of Tax Indices

15.1 List of FTSE/JSE Net of Tax Indices

In addition to the FTSE/JSE Africa Total Return Indices which are calculated gross
(declared), the following equivalent Net Total Return Indices will also be calculated:

 JNS4               Shariah Top 40 Index Net TRI

 JNR4               RAFI 40 Index Net TRI

 JN00               Top 40 Index Net TRI

Please note: The net dividend amounts used in the calculation of the above indices will
be provided from the CA Schedule.
