AVAILABILITY OF THE ISSUER’S UNAUDITED CONDENSED CONSOLIDATED INTERIM FINANCIAL RESULTS
In terms of section 6.15 and 6.17 of the JSE Limited (“JSE”) Debt Listings Requirements, FNB Namibia wishes to
advise bondholders that the unaudited condensed consolidated interim financial results of the Issuer for the
period ended 31 December 2021 (the “interim results”) are available for inspection at the registered office of
the Issuer.
The interim results are also available for viewing and downloading from the Issuer’s website at
https://www.fnbnamibia.com.na/about-fnb/index.html,and on the JSE website at
https://senspdf.jse.co.za/documents/2022/jse/isse/FNNI/Interim21.pdf.
The condensed consolidated interim financial results for the six months ended 31 December 2021 have not been
audited or independently reviewed by the Issuer’s external auditors.
