The special resolutions relating to the change of name of the Company to Muvoni Technology Group Limited, the conversion of share capital to no par value shares and the adoption of the new memorandum of incorporation will be filed immediately for registration with the Companies and Intellectual Property Commission. The salient dates and times insofar it relates to the Change of Name, the par value change and the Issue of new Share Certificates as announced on SENS and set out on page 2 of the circular both on 18 May 2012 remains unchanged at this stage. However, should any delays regarding the registration of the abovementioned special resolutions be experienced, the salient dates and times may change.
