Shareholders are advised that, as a nominee appointed by the Industrial         
Development Corporation of South Africa Limited ("IDC") in terms of an          
agreement between the IDC and the company, Ms Clara Ramushu was appointed       
to the company`s Board on 17 August 2011 as a non-executive director.  Ms       
Ramushu holds a MBA in Strategic Management and Leadership.
