ANNOUNCEMENT RELATING TO:

   •   UPDATE ON TIMING FOR PUBLICATION OF FINANCIAL RESULTS; AND
   •   WITHDRAWAL OF CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT


Shareholders are referred to the announcement and the voluntary trading statement issued by
Oceana on 10 December 2021 in terms of which shareholders were advised that ENSafrica had
made significant progress in terms of the investigation into the matters raised which resulted in a
delay in the publication of the Company’s financial results for the year ended 30 September 2021.

Shareholders are hereby advised that the investigation by ENSafrica has now been concluded and
Oceana will be publishing reviewed financial results for the year ended 30 September 2021 on 31
January 2022 and will furthermore issue audited annual financial statements by no later than
28 February 2022.

Shareholders therefore no longer need to exercise caution when dealing in their Oceana shares.
