Masonite shareholders are advised that, at the general meeting of the company   
held at Suite 200, Block 2, Island Office Park, 35 - 37 Island Circle,          
Riverhorse Valley, Durban today, the ordinary resolutions relating to the       
adoption of the Masonite Share Incentive Scheme were passed by the requisite    
majority of shareholders present or represented by proxy.
