APPOINTMENT OF DIRECTOR

In accordance with rule 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of the JSE
Limited, shareholders of the Company are hereby advised that Ms Manana
Nhlanhla has been appointed as an independent non-executive director of
the Company with effect from 20 June 2013.

Ms Nhlanhla is the executive chairman of Mion Holdings Proprietary Limited
which focuses on businesses that have a great potential to be continuous
drivers of growth and good returns. She currently serves on the board of
Rainbow Chicken Limited and is an alternate director of Foskor Proprietary
Limited. She is a former chairman of Trade and Investments KZN. She holds
a Masters Degree in Information Science and previously headed a publishing
company which was subsequently acquired by Naspers. Her experience and
strengths are in information science, publishing and corporate governance
as well as a good understanding of business in general.

The board welcomes the appointment of Ms Nhlanhla as a director of TMG and
looks forward to her contribution.
