APPOINTMENT OF ALTERNATE DIRECTOR
Redefine International announces that Marc Wainer has appointed Andrew Konig as his Alternate Director
for when he is unable to attend Board meetings, with immediate effect. This appointment shall remain
valid until revoked by either Marc Wainer or Andrew Konig or if Marc Wainer ceases to be a Director of the
Company.
Andrew Konig is the Financial Director of Redefine Properties Limited (“Redefine Properties”), which owns
49.34% of Redefine Properties International Limited, the Company’s largest shareholder.
Mr Konig is a Chartered Accountant with 19 years commercial and financial experience. He was appointed
to the Redefine Properties Board in February 2011, previous to which, he was Group Finance Director of
Independent News and Media. He also currently serves as a non-executive director of Fountainhead
Property Trust.
No further information is required to be disclosed pursuant to Listing Rule 9.6.13R of the UK Listing Rules.
