Further to the Information Announcement published on 6 June 2019, regarding the anticipated date of receipt of the
report by Advocate J.J. Reyneke SC in respect to his independent investigation into certain allegations by a whistle blower,
shareholders are advised that the report is now anticipated to be received by 15 July 2019, as he is still finalising his
investigation. Shareholders will be advised of further details in regard to the independent investigation thereafter.
