NOTICE OF AVAILABILITY OF ANNUAL FINANCIAL STATEMENTS

OMLACSA hereby notifies its debt investors that it has publicly released its Audited Annual Financial Statements
for the year ended 31 December 2018 (“AFS”) and that the AFS were audited by the joint independent external
auditors of OMLACSA, Deloitte & Touché and KPMG Inc., who expressed an unmodified audit opinion. A copy of
the aforementioned audit report is included in the published OMLACSA AFS.

The AFS are available on OMLACSA’s website at www.oldmutual.com/investor-relations/reporting-
centre/reports and for inspection at Mutualpark, Jan Smuts Drive, Pinelands, Cape Town.
