CHANGES TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS                                               
In accordance with Section 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited,
unitholders are advised that Mr. Guilleaume Ernst Paul Pretorius and Mr. Protas 
Thamsanqa Phili have been appointed to the board of PFM with immediate effect.  
Mr. Pretorius (appointed as an alternate director to Mr. Desmond de Beer on 30  
July 2007) has been appointed as an executive director and Mr. Phili has been   
appointed as an independent non-executive director.
