Change to the board of directors


In compliance with section 3.59 of the JSE Listings Requirements, shareholders are advised
that Christi Maherry has resigned as an executive director to the Board of Etion with effect
from 30 August 2020.

Christi has led LAWtrust for the past fourteen years, being involved with LAWtrust from its start-
up days and growing it into the leading digital trust service provider in the country, with the
company now making rapid inroads into the global market. Christi has a passion for
supporting and uplifting female entrepreneurs and wants to avail her time to such.

The Board wants to thank Christi for her contribution to the board and wishes her well with her
next endeavour.
