Pursuant to paragraph 6.39(a) of the JSE Limited Debt Listings Requirements, noteholders are hereby
advised that Rosalind Mary Friedericksen has been appointed to the board as an alternate non-
executive independent director to Roger Matthew Holden Pitt with effect from 14 January 2022.

Noteholders are further advised that Rosalind will serve as a member of the Audit Committee should
Roger be unavailable.
