RESULTS OF THE COURT HEARING TO SANCTION THE SCHEME                             
Monyetla linked unitholders are advised that the High Court of South Africa,    
Witwatersrand Local Division, today sanctioned the scheme of arrangement ("the  
scheme") proposed by Capital between Monyetla and its linked unitholders.       
On registration of a copy of the Order of Court sanctioning the scheme with the 
Registrar of Companies, which should occur by 15 December 2008, all the         
conditions precedent to the scheme will have been fulfilled, which will then be 
confirmed by announcement on SENS and in the press setting out the salient dates
regarding implementation of the scheme.
