APPOINTMENT OF INTERIM GROUP COMPANY SECRETARY

Further to the SENS announcement published on 30 May 2023 and in terms
of paragraph 3.59 of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, shareholders
are advised that Ms Omeshnee Pillay has been appointed as the interim
company secretary of the Company with effect from 30 June 2023.

Ms Pillay, an admitted attorney, joined Nampak on 1 March 2017 and is
currently the Group’s senior legal advisor. She will hold this position
in an interim capacity until such time as the board of directors (the
“Board”) appoints a new Group Company Secretary.

The Board wishes Ms Pillay all the best in her new position and looks
forward to her contribution in this role.
