RESULTS OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING


Shareholders and noteholders are advised that at the annual general meeting of members held on Tuesday,
20 October 2020 (in terms of the notice dispatched on 20 August 2020) all of the resolutions tabled thereat were
passed by the requisite majority of Hospitality shareholders.

Details of the results of voting at the annual general meeting were as follows:

-  total number of Hospitality shares in issue as at the date of the annual general meeting: 578 154 207
-  total number of Hospitality shares that were present/represented at the annual general meeting: 506 846 064
   being 88% of the total number of the Company shares that could have been voted at the annual general meeting
