                     Resignation of Non-Executive Director

 FCR, the European lead-zinc explorer, announces that Mr Grant Button, Non-Executive
 Director, has resigned from the Board of Directors of FCR (the “Board”) with immediate
 effect, due to work related commitments in his role at Magnum Exploration Limited.

 The Board would like to thank Grant for his valuable services to the Company over the course of
 the last 7 years and wishes him all the best with his future endeavors.
