INTEREST RATE RESET

Notice is hereby given that the 3 month JIBAR rate as at 10 February 2015 is 6.1 % p.a. (“JIBAR”).


Accordingly, the next interest payment, payable on 11 May 2015 (**Following), for the period

i.e.200bps over JIBAR.


** When the Interest Payment Date falls on a non business day, such Interest Payment Date shall be

“SD” means the Specified Denomination per note;
 “FIR” means the Floating Interest Rate, as FIR= min(RR+MG,MIR); where
       “min” means “the minimum of” or “the lesser of”;
       “RR” means the Reference Rate, being the 3 month JIBAR rate;
       “MG” means Margin of 200 basis points; and
       “MIR” means the Maximum Interest Rate;
“DCF” means the Day Count Fraction being Act/365; and
* means “multiplied by”,
as set out in the Applicable Pricing Supplement.
