UPDATE ON DISPOSAL OF LEASEHOLD RIGHTS IN THE DELOITTE BUILDING


Shareholders are referred to the previous announcement in this regard as released on SENS on 6 May 2021 and are
advised that all conditions precedent have been fulfilled.

The transaction is now unconditional and transfer is expected to take place in the next five weeks, following the
conclusion of the registration process.
