RESIGNATION OF GROUP COMPANY SECRETARY


In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, shareholders are advised
that Ms Nwabisa Piki (“Nwabisa”) has resigned as ADvTECH’s company secretary with effect from 31
December 2020. The process to appoint a replacement to Nwabisa is currently underway and
shareholders will be advised once an appointment has been made.

The board of directors wish Nwabisa well in her future endeavours.
