In accordance with Section 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of the JSE         
Limited, unitholders are advised that the status of Mr. Barry Lester Stuhler    
has changed from managing director to a non-independent non-executive director  
and that Mr. Andrew Edward Teixeira who was appointed to the board on 18 July   
2007 as an executive director, will assume the responsibilities of managing     
director of PFM. These changes will be effective from 1 November 2007.
