Listing of 400 000 Actively Managed Certificates of AMC012.
Investors are advised that 400 000 Actively Managed
Certificates of AMC012 will be listed on the JSE at an issue
price of ZAR1000 per AMC on 31 January 2024.
Following the listing the number of Actively Managed
Certificates in issue for the Series after the issue of this
Tranche 2 are 500 000 Actively Managed Certificates,
comprising of the sum of 100 000 Actively Managed Certificates
issued in Trance 1 and 400 000 Actively Managed Certificates
issued in this Tranche 2 for AMC012 with effect from 31
January 2024.
Additional Terms and Conditions: Investors must read the
Pricing Supplement of Tap Issue 1 of AMC012 for full details
of the specific terms and conditions applicable to this
specific AMC issuance.
The AMCs will be deposited in the Central Securities
Depository ("CSD") and settlement will take place
electronically in terms of JSE Rules.
