Further update on results of annual general meeting

Shareholders are referred to the SENS announcement dated 6 November 2020 relating
to the results of the annual general meeting of Brikor held on 6 November 2020.

Shareholders are advised that ordinary resolution 12 failed, as it required
at least 75% of the voting rights exercised on such resolution in favour thereof.

In view of the 40.13% votes by Brikor shareholders against Ordinary resolutions
13 and 14, Brikor invites those shareholders who voted against the remuneration
policy (“dissenting shareholders”) to engage with the Company as follows:

1)    a telephone conference has been arranged for Friday, 4 December 2020 at
      10:00 (SA time);

2)    all dissenting shareholders should confirm their participation with the
      company secretary at e-mail: melinda@fusioncorp.co.za by no later than close
      of business on Thursday, 3 December 2020. Dial-in details for the telephone
      conference will then be provided; and

3)   dissenting shareholders are further invited to forward their written
     concerns/questions on the remuneration policy to the company secretary by
     close of business on Thursday, 3 December 2020.
