DIVIDEND DISTRIBUTION ANNOUNCEMENT IN RELATION TO THE RMH SHARE INSTALMENT      
Notice is hereby given of the dividend amount payable for RMH HOLDINGS LIMITED  
and that as a result of the dividend declaration relating to RMH HOLDINGS       
LIMITED (RMH) the Trustees of the Share Instalment Trust have declared a        
dividend amount of 54 cents per RMHNIF share instalment that is payable on      
Tuesday, 6 April 2010.                                                          
The last day to trade cum dividend is Thursday, 25 March 2010. The share        
instalment will commence trading ex dividend from Friday, 26 March 2010 and the 
record date will be Thursday, 1 April 2010.
